This product will provide you with protein and carbohydrates both of which are important for exercise performance and health. It will also provide antioxidants and anthocyanins which may reduce muscle soreness. Pro- and pre-biotics will aid gut health that can aid immune function.

Given the composition of the drink it is likely to most benefit someone who trains hard but also has a busy schedule away from training and struggles to eat a varied diet and who is susceptible to colds and flus.
This product contains a wider variety of nutrients than most post-workout drinks. It also contains pre- and probiotics which are not usually contained within a post-workout drink.
Although this drink will provide you with post-exercise nutrition to allow recovery, a varied diet is also required to ensure all macro and micro-nutrients are met. This product should be used when time is short or access or opportunities to eat are limited or when appetite is suppressed following exercise.
Muscle protein synthesis rates can be elevated for up to 24 hours following resistance type exercise. Ingesting protein within this timeframe is important to optimize this protein synthesis response, it is commonly suggested that protein should be ingested as close to the end of exercise as possible.

Studies have highlighted the effect of red beet, on nutrition and athletic performance, through the beneficial effects of nitrate supplementation.

Beetroot decreases blood pressure. Thus there is more blood around muscle. More nutriments
(water, energy …) are available for muscle activity and toxin elimination is higher. So performance is increased and recovery is better after intense exercise.
